Each piece is unique. You may choose drilled holes for planting, or holeless style for hydroponic growing.
3，Once your custom plan is confirmed, your custom product will be finished within 3 business days. We will take photos of the actual item for your confirmation before shipment.，
Payment Method
1，Each item is unique. Shopping cart checkout is unavailable. After confirmation of product photos and specifications, we will send one-time Payoneer payment details to you from our email: shaozehuang9@gmail.com for your payment.
2，If the item gets damaged during transit, we take full responsibility for the loss and refund your payment to the original account
3，We will send you daily email updates about the shipment location during transit until you confirm receipt of the goods in perfect condition.
Free Logistics Service
1. Artworks over 10kg will be shipped by sea. All shipping and customs clearance fees incurred will be borne by us. You do not need to pay any fees.
2，From the date of shipment confirmation, Matson Express will safely deliver your goods within approximately 20 to 27 days.
3，During this period, we cover all shipping and customs clearance fees, as well as any loss from damaged goods. You have nothing to worry about.
4，A dedicated coordinator will track your shipment and provide real-time updates. The order closes one month after you receive goods in perfect condition.
Paid Air Freight Express
1. Artworks under 9kg will be delivered by air, arriving in approximately 5–7 business days. Air shipping cost is to be paid by you or we can negotiate the payment method.
2，Air freight: $8 per kg, charged by actual product weight. Final cost will be confirmed with you.
3，You only need to pay for the actual weight. All other fees including customs clearance and loss from damage will be our responsibility.
4，The artwork is for appreciation and spiritual cultivation only. We will arrange the most cost-effective and fastest shipping method available
